Partivero uses AI technology as part of the Intelligence module. This page explains how we apply AI, what its limitations are, and where user responsibility lies.

1. Use of AI on the platform
Partivero uses AI models (large language models) for features within the Intelligence module. These features include:
- Processing and summarising real estate-related source materials
- Analysing documents, transcripts, and articles
- Generating insights based on submitted source material
AI output is generated on the basis of the submitted source material and the platform's internal knowledge layer. The quality of the output depends on the quality and completeness of the data provided.
2. Not professional advice
All AI-generated texts, analyses, summaries, and insights are informational only and do not constitute:
- Legal advice on ownership, contracts, permits, or Italian law
- Financial or investment advice
- Valuation or appraisal of real estate
- Tax advice
- Notarial or real estate brokerage advice
3. Limitations of AI
AI models can make mistakes. Known limitations include:
Hallucinations
AI models can generate plausible-sounding but factually incorrect information.
Knowledge cutoff
The AI model's knowledge has a training cutoff date; recent developments may be missing.
Context dependency
The quality of output is strongly dependent on the completeness of the source material.
Translation nuances
With multilingual source material (Italian, Dutch, English) subtle meanings may be lost.
4. User responsibility
The user is solely responsible for:
- Evaluating and verifying AI-generated output
- Respecting copyright on source material submitted to the platform
- Decisions made on the basis of AI output
5. Which AI providers are used?
Partivero processes AI requests via an internal AI gateway, which may use large language models from providers including OpenAI and Anthropic. When using these services, the data processing terms of the respective providers apply.
Personal data is not shared with AI providers unnecessarily. Source material processed through the Intelligence feature may be transmitted to these providers as part of the processing operation.
