Privacy Policy
Partivero is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains transparently what data we process, on what basis, and what rights you hold as a user of the platform.

1. Who we are
Partivero is a private platform for fractional ownership of Italian real estate. The platform enables users to participate in the joint acquisition, renovation, ownership, and management of curated Italian properties.
The data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is Partivero. For any questions regarding the processing of your personal data, please contact us at privacy@partivero.com.
2. Data we collect
Partivero processes only the data necessary for the operation of the platform:
- Name and email address — for account registration and communication
- Password — stored encrypted, never readable
- Organisation data — required for the multi-tenant structure of the platform
- Property-related data you enter: ownership shares, financial records, documents
- Technical data: IP address, browser, session cookies — for security and authentication
Partivero does not process special categories of personal data such as health data or political opinions.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the following legal grounds:
Performance of a contract
To deliver the platform service for which you have registered.
Legitimate interest
For security, fraud prevention, and technical logging.
Consent
For non-essential cookies, where applicable.
4. Retention periods
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon deletion of your account, your personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.
Property-related data (deals, ownership shares, financial records) may be retained longer where required by legal or administrative obligations in the context of fractional ownership.
5. Data sharing
Partivero does not share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with:
- Technical service providers (hosting, infrastructure) — solely for the delivery of the platform, under a data processing agreement.
- AI service providers — when you use AI features on the platform. See also our AI Disclaimer.
- Public authorities — solely on the basis of a statutory obligation.
6. Security
Partivero takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or theft. Passwords are stored in hashed form and sessions are managed via HttpOnly cookies.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access to your personal data
- Right to rectification of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — the "right to be forgotten"
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to data portability
- Right to object to processing

If you believe we are not processing your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in your country.
