Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all use of the Partivero platform. By creating an account you agree to the provisions set out below.

These terms and conditions apply to all use of the Partivero platform. By creating an account and using the platform, the user accepts these terms.
3. Nature of the platform
Partivero is an operational platform for managing information related to fractional real estate ownership. The platform provides:
- Management of property deals, ownership shares, and financial records
- An intelligence layer for storing and processing real estate information
- AI-assisted analysis and processing features
Partivero does not provide real estate brokerage, financial advice, legal advice, or notarial services. All information on the platform is intended solely as operational support.
4. Access and account
The platform is accessible only to invited users. The user is responsible for:
- Keeping their login credentials confidential
- All activity that takes place via their account
- Promptly reporting any unauthorised use to privacy@partivero.com
5. Intelligence and AI
The platform includes features in which information is processed by AI models. The user is solely responsible for:
- The content submitted as source material to the Intelligence feature
- Respecting copyright and other intellectual property rights
- Decisions made on the basis of AI-generated output

6. Intellectual property
The platform, including its underlying technology, design, and content, is the property of Partivero. Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the platform without express written permission.
Data entered by users on the platform (deals, documents, notes) remains the property of the user or their organisation.
7. Liability
Partivero endeavours to keep the platform available and accurate, but provides no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or completeness of information. Partivero is not liable for:
- Damages resulting from decisions based on AI-generated output
- Damages resulting from unavailability of the platform
- Loss of data due to technical failures
- Indirect damages or consequential loss
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
